Why families move
to Colina Nouă:
An Accredited International School at the heart of the project.
For many families, education is a key factor. They're looking for more than just a curriculum—they want a place where children are encouraged to think independently, collaborate, and prepare for the future. Colina Learning Center, internationally accredited and officially recognized, has quickly become a pillar of the community, with over 60 children enrolled, most of whom travel daily from Cluj-Napoca.

Design in Every Detail
The beauty of a place isn’t found only in well-built houses, but in how every detail creates a sense of harmony. At Colina Nouă, nothing is left to chance. The architects at Arhimar have carefully designed every street, courtyard, and pathway to offer not just comfort, but a true sense of belonging. Balanced facades, open spaces, and colors inspired by nature all contribute to a cohesive landscape where aesthetics meet functionality. Here, design isn’t just about how a place looks—it’s about how it makes you feel at home.

A Community Built on Shared Values
“It takes a village to raise a child.” And at Colina Nouă, that village comes to life every single day. Here, children don’t need scheduled playdates, and parents don’t need to worry. Friendships form naturally—on quiet paths and in open courtyards. Parents feel more at ease, surrounded by people who share the same values. It’s a close-knit community where support comes naturally, and life feels simpler, more grounded, and truly authentic.

Nature isn’t just nearby—it’s part of everyday life. Just a 10-minute walk away, the forest becomes a place for both exploration and quiet moments, offering fresh air and a sense of calm. The open hills, far from city pollution, are perfect for long walks or bike rides. Local producers are just around the corner, providing fresh food straight from the source. And in the evenings—whether on the terrace or during a sunset stroll—that same feeling returns: here, every day begins and ends in rhythm with nature.
