Our accredited international school, just short walk from home, is major factor in driving demand to live at Colina Noua. The water treatment station and potable water reservoir currently serve up to 300 residents, with capacity set to increase as the distribution system integrates with Someș Water SA via the new Zalău-Gilău pipeline.

The current wastewater treatment station has a capacity of 45 cubic meters per day, serving approximately 300 residents. Its modular construction allows for easy capacity expansion as the community grows.
The power supply system is based on a PTAB substation built specifically for the Colina project. The required capacity for future development can be secured by upgrading the 20/0.4 kV - 250 kVA transformer to one of up to 800 kVA.
Major earthworks carried out to ensure compliance with EU climate change regulations.
